COMMISSION TERMS
Below is all the information about the Commission request made by Clients, and the terms and services provided by the Artist.
HOW TO REQUEST
ㅤ✦ㅤRead the Terms;
ㅤ✦ㅤSend your message via DM at: Twitter, Discord, or Instagram;
ㅤ✦ㅤKeep in mind what you want, as well as other elements such as:
ㅤ ㅤ ✦ㅤPoses
ㅤ ㅤ ✦ㅤExpressions;
ㅤ ㅤ ✦ㅤReferences;
ㅤ
ㅤ✦ㅤStay tuned, the Artist will review your request and get in touch;
ㅤ✦ㅤAfter approving your request, the Client will be placed on a list where they will be able to follow the creation and composition process.
PAYMENTS
ㅤ✦ㅤPayment is split 50/50 or 100%:
ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ50% during Sketch;
ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ50% after the project is completed;ㅤ✦ㅤThe Customer can make payment via:
ㅤㅤ✦ㅤPayPal;
ㅤㅤ✦ㅤBank Transfer;
REFUNDS
The refund conditions are as follows:
ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ100% of the amount will be refunded if the Artist has not started the Sketch;
ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ50% of the amount will be refunded if the Artist has received approval of the Sketch;
ㅤ
ㅤㅤㅤThe Artist will not issue refunds after the artwork is completed and delivered.**
TRACKING AND PROCESS
ㅤㅤㅤAfter the Client makes the payment, the Artist will place it in a Spreadsheet, where you can track the type of order and the progress status, as well as other updates that the Artist will send to the Client to make sure everything is in order.
ALTERNATIONS
ㅤㅤㅤThe Artist will keep the Client updated on all stages of the process so that they can analyze and check if any changes or adjustments are necessary.ㅤ✦ㅤGeneral changes should be made during the Sketch phase;
ㅤ✦ㅤAny major changes made outside the Sketch phase will incur an additional U$ 10 fee.
USE AND TERMS
ㅤ✦ㅤThe Client may not make changes, remove signatures, or resell my artwork;
ㅤ✦ㅤThe Artist will use the artwork for self-promotion purposes.
ㅤ✦ㅤIf the Client does not maintain contact with the Artist, the order will be interrupted or canceled.
ㅤ✦ㅤThe Client may post the order, providing proper credit to the Artist;
ㅤ✦ㅤThe Artwork rights belong to 100% of the Artist. In case of Commercial Use, DOUBLE the established amount will be charged;
